RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your Hey Baby products, but due to the nature of our personalised pieces we have a strict return & exchange policy. Any personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive faulty. In this instance, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. All products must be returned to Hey Baby in order to receive any compensation. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment or exchange the item for a new one.If you have any questions or concerns about our return and exchange policy, please contact our customer support team.
